Music plays an essential role in just about everyone's life. It defines not only cultural trends and social issues, but also unspoken moods and complications. Being able to create music is freedom to express oneself. And what is better than to create the instrument that creates music?

I built a mountain dulcimer. A strung instrument that originates from the Appalachian Mountains, dulcimers were first constructed in the 1700s. A beautiful instrument to both admire and listen, I have chosen this as a culmination of my interests in woodworking and music.
